Revhapi

SaaS

Revhapi is a ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) platform built for web publishers and Shopify entrepreneurs. It connects to the channels they already spend money on — AdSense, Google Ad Manager, Google Ads, TikTok, and Shopify — pulls performance into one dashboard, and layers on the tools they need to actually move ROAS: a click-fraud protection plugin for WordPress, a landing page builder, custom domains, and built-in support.

Designed, architected and shipped solo — AI handled the implementation work; I owned the product strategy, UX, OAuth integrations, payments, infrastructure and platform compliance.

The Challenge

How might publishers and Shopify owners see their true ROAS across every channel — and actually act on it — from one platform?

Publishers and small ecommerce founders run ads across multiple platforms, but their performance lives in five different dashboards. The maths to compare them — accounting for click fraud, refunds, and platform fees — usually happens in a spreadsheet, late at night. Revhapi is the platform that puts the data, the protection, and the tools to act in one place.

Approach

Revhapi is the bigger sibling to Task2k — more integrations, more surfaces, more compliance work. Architecture-first, OAuth-heavy, and built to grow without a rewrite.

  • Mapped the channels publishers actually spend on and prioritised OAuth integrations by user impact
  • Designed the data model to handle multi-source attribution before the first dashboard was built
  • Built protection and trust features (HapiGuard, custom domains) in parallel with the core analytics — not as afterthoughts

The Solution

Revhapi pulls in ad spend, revenue and engagement from every connected platform, calculates real ROAS, and gives users the tools to protect and grow it — all under their own brand if they want.

1. Multi-platform OAuth integrations

Users connect their accounts on AdSense, Google Ad Manager, Google Ads, TikTok and Shopify through proper OAuth flows. Each integration was implemented to the platform's own compliance bar — no scraping, no shortcuts.

2. The ROAS dashboard

A unified view of spend, revenue and ROAS across every connected channel — so publishers can finally compare TikTok against Google Ads against AdSense without leaving the app.

3. HapiGuard — click-fraud protection for WordPress

A standalone WordPress plugin that protects publisher sites against click fraud before it eats their ad spend. HapiGuard plugs into a Revhapi account and feeds protection signals back into the dashboard, so the ROAS calculation reflects clean traffic.

4. Landing page builder

A built-in builder lets users spin up performance-focused landing pages for their campaigns — no need for a separate tool, no copy-paste between platforms.

5. Custom domains

Pro users can attach their own domain to their Revhapi-hosted pages, so the experience stays on-brand all the way through to conversion.

6. Built-in ticketing

Support is integrated directly into the platform — users open and track tickets without leaving Revhapi, and everything is logged against their account.

Tech & Architecture

Same stack philosophy as Task2k — modern, boring, well-supported — chosen so a solo builder can ship a real multi-integration product without it becoming a maintenance burden.
